You can also use Send Feedback inside the app, under Settings. It reaches the same place and tells us which version you are on, which usually saves a round trip.

Common questions

How do I report a review, comment, or user?

Tap the … menu on any review, or press and hold a comment, and choose Report. On a profile, open the … menu and choose Report. Reported content is hidden from you right away, and the report comes to us for review.

How do I block someone?

Open their profile, tap the … menu, and choose Block. Blocking removes them from your experience entirely and removes any follow between you. Mute is the lighter option: it hides their activity from your feed without unfollowing them or telling them.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app.

Deletion is permanent and immediate. Your profile, reviews, ratings, comments, likes, follows, and uploaded photos are all removed, and we cannot restore them afterward. Please be certain before you confirm.

A cafe is missing, closed, or has the wrong details

Use Suggest a Cafe in the app to add one we do not have. For a cafe that has closed or has incorrect information, email support@mymatchaapp.com with the cafe name and what is wrong, and we will correct the listing.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before writing to us.

I am not getting notifications

Check two places. In the app, open Settings → Notifications and confirm the types you want are on. Then in iOS Settings → MyMatcha → Notifications, confirm notifications are allowed at the system level. The system setting overrides the in-app one.
